Information:
We have launched a new product range for our Terra Forma clay products in the upcycling sector.
Sand is finite - we were looking for a replacement and came across hazelnut shells.
With the hazelnut shell we can completely do without sand.
We not only use hazelnut shells in our Terra Forma clay plasters, but also in our newly developed clay building boards.
There are also dry fills for hollow spaces and hazelnut shells are used in our Terra Forma clay screed.
Our research is continuing in this area and there are a few more interesting clay products to follow. When it comes to upcycling, it is important to us that not only sustainability but also building biology aspects are taken into account.

We have developed a clay fine plaster that not only does not contain sand, but also contains a higher clay content.
Terra Forma Café with Clay
We mix our clay with coffee grounds. This results in a very fine surface structure. This means that quartz sand and quartz flour, which are produced using a lot of energy, can be completely dispensed with.

Upcycling - for sustainable and climate-friendly insulation. We produce a Terra Forma lightweight clay filling, the aggregate of which comes from the region. An upcycling product. That is created when spelt and emmer grains are extracted. HULLS.
Husks are ideal additives for lightweight clay fillings to create insulation for sustainable and environmentally conscious construction.
Husks are light and are ideal for producing lightweight clay fillings.

We are supporting NABU Hamburg's CORK ammonia campaign. We have a collection point for bottle corks. You can drop off your wine and champagne corks here.
These corks are recycled into insulation granules in non-profit workshops. The sale of the insulation granules benefits crane conservation in Spain and Germany.
We process this granulate into a clay insulation fill.
